Partner with sales team to best understand and meet customer expectations. Embody customer centricity and empathy; consider all customer roles and persona.
Technical acumen to translate customer needs to product requirements and lead prioritization of product features.
Oversight of telematics products at glass, UI, data, backend, and hardware implementation.
Ensure alignment of cross-channel implementation of the products and measure ROI and health of product.
Product lifecycle management discipline (cradle to grave) including market assessments, technology advancement and tech debt.
Accountable for product performance, including prioritization of bugs, issues and defects, acceptance criteria, BFMs and operational KPIs.
Create and manage product roadmap to ensure team is never blocked and working on the right things to support the business plan and customer/market needs.
Bachelor's degree in technical or business; Graduate degree in business or technology leadership preferred.
Requires at least 6+ years of experience with IOT and telematics.
Software engineering and product management background.
Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Strong team leadership capability and detail orientation.
